We are pleased to offer a further 12 months cover at a premium of £{{$logInfo->monthlycost*12}} including Insurance Premium Tax at 12%. This compares to your previous premium of £{{$logInfo->last_year_annual_premium}}. As your policy is due to renew we would ask you to check that your insurance cover still meets your needs, as these can change over time.

We will renew your policy on an annual basis and the payments will continue to be taken from your designated account unless you call Best Insurance to instruct otherwise. If you do not wish to renew your cover, please contact Best using the contact details provided at the top of this letter.

If there has been a change in your personal circumstances such as contact address or your contact number please let us know at your earliest in order we can update your file. If all details are correct, and no amendments are required, you do not need to inform us.

You have been with us for a number of years. You may be able to get the insurance cover at a better price if you shop around. It is important that you cnosider all aspects of cover when selecting your new insurance policy, not just price. Not all insurance policies will have the same level of cover or service levels if you need to make a claim.

We have attached your insurance schedule, IPID & policy wording which will be applicable from the above date. Please take a few moments to check these documents to ensure your details are accurate and keep them in a safe place.

Your cancellation rights
You can cancel this insurance within 30 days of the policy renewal date. We will refund any premium you have paid since the policy renewal date, provided you have not made a claim under the policy.

You can also cancel your policy at any other time. There will be no refund of premium because you will only have paid for the cover you have already received. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your policy. Our contact details are given at the top of this letter.

This policy schedule replaces any previous schedules. It is an important document and should be kept with your policy documents in a safe place. Please quote your policy number in all correspondence.
